ABOUT
An International Reggae Artist, Max Suavo grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and began his singing debut as lead singer of the teen group The Classique’s. The group entertained local Jamaicans by performing mainly cover songs by Denis Brown, Bob Marley, Barrington Levy, Ini Kamoze, Lionel Richie, Kool and the Gang, Air Supply and others.
Max Suavo later became the lead singer for the Outcast Utech Band in Kingston Jamaica. During this period Max Suavo shared stage with the likes of Marcia Griffiths, Rita Marley, Lloyd Parks and others at various venues such as UWI, Utech and several High Schools/colleges end of year concerts. Max Suavo had a long hiatus from the music business but restarted in 2013, writing and composing Roots Reggae, Soul ballads, Latin and Lite-Rock songs as a multi-genre cross-over artist. As a spiritual artist whose music promotes unity, peace, love and dance music for the entire family, Max Suavo’s latest LP “Civilization” represents a 16-track mix of Lovers Rock, Roots Reggae and Reggaeton.
